Questions
How long does unbonding take on Avail?
Unbonding takes a fixed number of eras that the chain sets. During it your AVAIL earn no rewards and cannot be transferred.
How do staking rewards accrue?
Nominators of validators in the active set earn rewards every era in proportion to their stake, minus our commission shown above.
What does non-custodial mean?
Nominating is an on-chain instruction from your own account. Your AVAIL stay bonded in your account; StakerHouse cannot move or withdraw them.
What happens if the validator goes down?
Our monitoring tools alert us when our node falls behind or goes offline. If downtime on our side ever causes a slash, we refund the slashed amount to the affected delegators in full.
